After ordering your tickets, you will have received a confirmation email containing a download link to your tickets.
Click on the ‘Download tickets’ button in that e-mail to reach the order status page.
If for any reason you’re unable to find your tickets, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- The name of the event
- The email address used to purchase the tickets
- A copy of the bank statement of the transaction
It’s important that we receive all of the above information in order to help you quickly as possible.
